For all your Refund/Return requests please specify your full name, order number, contact number, delivery address, description of product & the reasons for refund/return with pictures attached and email us on Contact@myuniqstore.com
- We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- A refund can be claimed within 7 days of receiving the product where the ordered product arrives damaged which will impact the way it's consumed, and/or if the delivered product is completely different to what was ordered, and/or product does not perform as reasonably expected.
- Refund made if order is not delivered within 8 weeks, customer may enjoy the product if delivered after 8 weeks from placing the order (unless shipping delays are specifically mentioned while placing the order).
- No Refund can be made on hygiene products such as Masks due to Health & safety Reasons - purchase is regarded as final & is Non-Refundable !
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
